Positive Purpose International, LLC respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site(s) only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies to information collected at all web sites associated directly with Positive Purpose International, LLC.
Part I. Information Collection
Positive Purpose International, LLC collects information through our web site only through web forms voluntarily submitted by you, the user. Instances include, but are not necessarily limited to: joining our mailing list(s), requesting information from us, e-mailing us for any reason(s), taking part in message boards and/or chats, placing an ad or listing on any and/or all of our sites, participating in voluntary surveys / questionnaires / polls / projects, submitting material for consideration of inclusion on any of our sites and/or printed materials, opting in to any offers on one or more of our sites, and the like. We may also collect various types of personally identifiable information which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals from friends / family / co-workers / acquaintances, or information gathered when purchases are made through our site. We also collect general data that is not personally identifiable information. This includes simplistic demographic information such as what area of the world you clicked in from, what time of day you entered and on what date. We also record your IP address and what site you clicked in from. This information is collected by utilizing various forms of web site stat / tracking software, and helps us form statistical data that assists us in our site format, content and marketing. We do NOT collect personal information on you without your knowledge while you are visiting any of our sites.
WE DO NOT EMPLOY THE USE OF COOKIES AT THIS TIME, but we hope to use them in the future for statistical, affiliate marketing, and ease-of-use reasons. (A cookie is a small text file that a web server would place on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable web sites to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to their users.) Most likely, our cookies will not have an expiration date. When they are in place, our cookies may or may not collect personally identifiable information. We have not decided policy on the use of cookies yet, as we do NOT currently use cookies. This page will be updated to reflect our use of cookies when, and if, we ever do utilize them. Rest assured that if we ever do employ them, we will use them in a highly ethical fashion that will protect our users, NOT exploit them.
By using our web sites users understand that banner advertising appearing on our web sites from third parties may collect various data on our users for marketing purposes, such as, but not necessarily limited to, affiliate banner rotation / customization. The Positive Purpose Foundation at NHF & Positive Purpose International, LLC, and/or any of their related organizations, sub-companies, projects, web sites or efforts, are not liable for such third party activity as we do not regulate, nor monitor, their actions.
Part I.-A- Child Site Use and Information Collection
Although we consider our sites appropriate for children to view and do not forbid children to use our web sites, we DO NOT ACTIVELY MARKET TO CHILDREN at this time, as it requires special legal considerations. Further, we NEVER knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information as in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We will allow, in certain instances, children to register for various aspects of our web sites, and/or submit content for publishing consideration, but in such cases, their parent / legal guardian MUST send a hand-signed permission and release form to our mailing address, as children under age 18 cannot be legally bound by a contract. Simply put, if there is no option on the registration page(s) for a particular site within our network with special instructions on how children may participate, then they are not invited, nor allowed, to do so.
Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by Positive Purpose International, LLC will be used for statistical, general marketing, customization, affiliate marketing, email marketing, site tracking, and other legitimate fund raising, ministry, humanitarian, or business reasons. Users who purposefully and voluntarily submit information may receive mailing lists, special offers, sponsor information and other similar materials.
Visitors to our site are not required to submit information in order to view our site, but in some cases will need to submit specific information in order to participate in one or more of our projects. Those who choose to register their information will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, newsletters, and as stated above, other similar materials via e-mail, snail mail, and/or on occasional instances, via phone. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. If you do not wish to receive any of our information, simply refrain from registering. Or, if you do decide to register, you may also opt out of receiving future mailings at any time by following the link(s) provided at the bottom of each of our mailings.
The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We may also supplement information collected at our web sites with data from other sources, such as credit history to authorize purchases.
Users of our site understand that we NEVER sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for ANY reason, though we may, at our discretion, share your non-personal data with third parties for training, marketing, statistical, and/or networking purposes. We may also contact you ON BEHALF of third parties regarding specific opportunities, information, offers, or other similar items that you may or may not have an expressed interest in. Should you want more information on any of those items, the choice to contact those third parties will then be entirely YOURS. We will NEVER supply your e-mail address, snail mail address, name, phone number or other personally identifiable information to them without your consent.
Since The Positive Purpose Foundation at NHF and Positive Purpose International, LLC's online network of sites contain resource directories, we obviously offer links to other web sites. Please note therefore that when you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies, as their standards and practices may differ from ours.
Our web sites may offer chats, forums and message boards. Please be advised that information that you choose to post in these venues is open to public view and therefore becomes public knowledge. If you post personally identifiable information in those arenas we have NO WAY of controlling who views or uses your information, and this Privacy Policy will not be enforceable in those instances. You supply that information solely at your own risk, and Positive Purpose International, LLC, their sub organizations, companies, web sites, efforts or projects, either collectively or individually, cannot be held liable for any damage(s), loss(es), difficulty, harassment, spam or other negative circumstance resulting from you publicly posting such personal information. We strongly caution users of chats, message boards and other forums NOT to post their e-mail address and/or other personally identifiable information if they do not want it to be viewable by the general public. Further, in instances of "private" chat, your information may still be available to unscrupulous hackers who may attempt to steal your information during a live chat for identity theft and/or other reasons. Therefore, you should remain cautious about who you are privately writing to as well. None of the Positive Purpose International, LLC programs, projects, web sites, affiliates, foundation, ministries, or any other efforts, in whole or in part, can be held liable for information that you voluntarily post to others.
Part III. Access to Information
Positive Purpose International, LLC only sustains information related to specific web site users in the form of a mailing list. Users that opt-in to any of our lists may contact us about inaccuracies they may find as they receive e-mails or snail mail from us. You can inform us of changes you'd like to make to your information by contacting us at: positivepurpose@yahoo.com and including "User Changes" in the subject line. Users may delete their information from our database by sending us an e-mail to the address at the bottom of any of our mailings, with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. At the present time, the request for removal will be processed within 30 days from the date of submission.
Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact Positive Purpose International, LLC, (depending on which organization the problem regards), by e-mail at: positivepurpose@yahoo.com and include "PROBLEM" in the subject line. We are committed to resolving disputes as quickly as possible, and will do our best to get back to you within 7 days of your query.

The Positive Purpose Foundation at NHF & Positive Purpose International, LLC and their sub organizations, companies, web sites, efforts and projects, protects user information by maintaining an off-line data base, which may include: phone numbers, mailing / home addresses, e-mail addresses, and the like. We do NOT store credit card, bank account or social security numbers. Please note that the companies that DO or MAY accept payment(s) on our behalf via credit card or bank account information, such as Pay Pal, Escrow.com, and/or others we may use, have their own storage and security measures for such information, and they may differ from ours. All of them claim to use strict protocols, secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy. Additionally, users who choose to order products or services from third parties who have listed or advertised on our site need to remember that such third parties have their own policies and procedures that they practice when it comes to storage and security of your information. Users are advised to review the policies and procedures of each company they choose to place orders with, and are put on notice that ordering from such third parties is entirely the users' own responsibility. The Positive Purpose Foundation at NHF & Positive Purpose International, LLC and their sub-organizations, companies, web sites, efforts and projects can not be held liable for the storage and security of user information that has been voluntarily given to third parties by the users.
